Features
A translation engine, not a course catalogue.
QuickLift Academy exists to make experience earned in one context legible in another. Every feature serves that.
01 — Analysis
Translated gap analysis
Not a keyword match. QuickLift Academy reads your record the way a good interviewer would — then names what carries over, what needs relabelling, and what is genuinely new.
- Reads the role for its literal requirements and its hidden priorities — industry, company stage, seniority, operating context
- Infers capability from the roles you have held, weighted by tenure, recency, and seniority — competence is assumed unless contradicted
- Classifies every gap by name: a framing gap or a true gap
- Ranks the four that matter above a clear cut-line, with up to three more shown as de-prioritised
- Plain rationale on every line — where evidence is thin, it says so plainly. No confidence scores.
- Reorder the gaps before you commit
Framing gap
Real capability, wrong label. You have done this work under a different name. The fix is translation: your own record, restated in the target role's vocabulary, with proof points.
True gap
The genuinely new sliver — jargon, context, or motivation you have not had to perform before. Smaller than you fear, and real. The fix is focused work, scoped in hours.
This distinction is the product. Most tools treat every gap as something to learn. QuickLift Academy separates the gaps that only need new language from the few that need new knowledge — and handles each accordingly.
02 — Preparation
The Quick Lift
Four modules, about two hours each — one per gap. Deliberately finite: this is targeted preparation for a specific role, not a course.
- Exactly four modules, one per committed gap
- Two to four vetted resources per module, with explicit timeboxing — chapters, sections, timestamps
- Roughly three quarters learning, one quarter interview framing
- A short check at the end of each module, with immediate feedback and unlimited retries
- Progress tracked at the resource level — finish on your own schedule
Every module, three parts
What you already hold
The capability from your own record that maps to this gap, reframed in the target vocabulary.
What is genuinely new
The specific sliver you are missing — jargon, context, motivation — with the material to cover it.
How to say it under pressure
Bullet-point talking points calibrated to your evidence — confident where it is strong, reflective where exposure is partial. No scripts.
03 — Proof
The certificate
Preparation you can point at. A named QuickLift Academy credential, issued the moment you finish, at a link you control.
- Issued automatically when all four modules are complete
- A credential title synthesised from your Quick Lift — you confirm or edit it before issuance
- Shareable public link, private by default
- Downloadable PDF
- Metadata formatted for LinkedIn's licences and certifications section
