Start with a role worth exploring. Review the evidence. Choose focused learning. Practise, then explain what you can demonstrate.

1. Choose a direction

If you have a role description, bring it. If you are unsure, use the next-move worksheet to compare a few possibilities. Look at the tasks, constraints and entry requirements, not just the title.

2. Bring your experience

Upload a PDF or paste your experience. Add examples your CV misses, including caring, volunteering or study. Tell us your goal, available hours and practical constraints.

3. Review your pathway

The analysis shows what appears to transfer, what needs more evidence and what could be worth learning. Correct mistakes and reassess. Sometimes the useful next step is checking a prerequisite or preparing an application without buying a course.

4. Work through a personalised course

Choose one to four priorities, review the price and use a course credit. Each module teaches a specific task or concept, illustrates it and gives you a practical exercise. Follow your own pace.

5. Make your progress visible

Complete the supporting reading, submit self-reviewed practice and a reflection, and pass each knowledge check at 80% or above. Your completion certificate starts private. Choose whether to share it and add it to LinkedIn.
